What excites you most about the fellowship program: I’m most excited about the opportunity to continue learning and growing professionally through this fellowship. I believe it will provide the hands-on experience, mentorship, and skill-building I need to confidently transition from being a student to becoming a contributing member of the public health workforce as an epidemiologist 1.

What do you love most about epidemiology: What I love most about epidemiology is its ability to drive meaningful change. By identifying patterns and causes of health outcomes, we can intervene before problems escalate through tracking disease outbreaks or addressing chronic illness trends. Overall, Epidemiology improves long-term health outcomes and advances public health.

Epi Interests: Infectious diseases, Maternal Child Health, and Environmental health
Hobbies and favorite pastimes: I enjoy trying new restaurants around Atlanta, working out on the BeltLine, and going shopping in my free time.

Fun fact: I’m a foodie and have a running list of my top 5 favorite restaurants in Atlanta.
