What excites you most about the fellowship program: I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to work alongside experienced epidemiologists and contribute to impactful public health work. What excites me most is the chance to gain hands-on field experience, strengthen my existing skill set, and even discover new areas of interest along the way. I am also eager to immerse myself in every learning opportunity this fellowship offers and absorb as much knowledge as I can to grow both professionally and personally.

What do you love most about epidemiology: I love how epidemiology helps in understanding the root causes of health disparities through data and that data can be used to improve health outcomes. 

Epi Interests: Maternal Child Health and Chronic Diseases and how they impact the Black population is my main area of interest within the field of epidemiology 

Hobbies and favorite pastimes: My hobbies consist of listening to music, traveling, going to the gym, Pilates, and doing my makeup.

Fun Fact: I am bilingual and can speak a Nigerian language called Okrika fluently.
