What excites you most about the fellowship program: Advancing my epidemiology skills. I look forward to being confident in my abilities by going into the real world instead of an academic setting.

What excites you most about working in your assigned health district: I am looking forward to interacting with the public and determining what problems/needs should be addressed.

What do you love most about epidemiology: What I love most about epidemiology is how I feel like a detective. My job is to determine the who, what, when, where, and why of a disease or issue. Problem solving and statistics are two of my favorite subjects.

Epi Interests: Infectious Diseases; Chronic Diseases; Substance Abuse/Mental Health

Hobbies and favorite pastimes: I enjoy working out, specifically weight lifting and running. I also enjoy playing piano and watching my favorite tv shows.

Fun fact: A fun fact about myself is that I love traveling and have been to a lot of different countries.
