What excites you most about the fellowship program: I’m really excited to transition from nursing into an epi role and gain a lot of diverse skills and experiences in the field that will help me start my career!

What do you love most about epidemiology: I love how it can feel like fitting puzzle pieces together, and I especially love seeing the real-world impact of my work as it gets translated from data into real action.

Epi Interests: Social determinants of health and how they relate to Infectious Disease and Chronic Disease

Hobbies and favorite pastimes: I really enjoy reading books from any genre, especially health and science books. I am also training for a marathon currently and hope to be able to complete one in the fall when it isn’t as hot!

Fun fact: I went to the same high school as Chappell Roan!
