What excites you most about the fellowship program: Having the opportunity to collaborate with experts and peers, while engaging in epidemiological practices is what excites me the most to join the Rollins Epidemiology Fellowship. I look forward to having the chance to work on real-world public health problems, and make an impact on North Central’s community health and well-being.

What do you love most about epidemiology: Epidemiology is an extremely impactful part of public health that improve the wellness of communities by identifying disease outbreaks and defining prevention strategies. What inspires me the most about epidemiology is the problem solving nature of the field. You must be able to uncover disease outbreak patterns while developing intervention strategies, which can save and enhance lives. I look forward to honing my epidemiology skills and contributing to impactful research and data collection throughout my time in the fellowship.

Epi Interests: Social Epidemiology, Maternal and Child Health, Aging 

Hobbies and favorite pastimes: I enjoy playing tennis, reading, and spending time with friends.
